Split AI is provided as-is. Access to the service requires a Google account for sign-in. By using Split AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or access controls
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, crawl, or mass-query the service
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to others

AI Responses

Responses generated by Split AI are produced by third-party AI models (Groq, Mistral AI, Google Gemini) and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date. AI responses are not a substitute for professional advice — including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or technical advice. You are responsible for how you use any information provided by the service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Split AI at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these terms or are using the service in a way that is harmful to other users or to the service itself.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Split AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Split AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
